I am vision impaired and i am bringing a vision enhancer. I did inform at time of booking but no reference has been made re provisions for such. Is literature available in large print? Can priority be given to seating at shows and lectures. It is mainly to do with printed material and I see well enough to get around.

We were on QM2 reently and there were quite a few people with walking sticks, wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Your cousin will find the crew very helpful I'm sure, and will have a great time.
