A trip on the Flamm Railway, and take the shuttle into Bergen, then a 5 minute walk to the terminus for the Vernicular Railway which takes you to a mountain-top overlooking the town and all ships in the port. Stay up there (depending on the weather) for as long as you like - snacks and meals available.

In Iceland the Gullfoss waterfalls are worth a visit as is a swim in the blue lagoon. Take some insect repellant and they can be a bit of a nuisance.
