Both provide an equal cruise experience IMHO. - The edge goes to NCL because of the Freestyle dining experience - but others swear by the Traditional dining and having the same waiter/same table/same company every night - personally I cannot bear being told what time I MUST go to dinner!. RCI ships are much nicer - the newer NCL ones are over gaudy. Again just MHO. Celebrity you are moving up a notch - glass of champagne as you get on board, a totally different quality and presentation of foood, more subdued entertainment. No announcements enticing you to bingo [another black mark against NCL]. It really is hard to choose - if Celebrity did Anytime Dining then they would always have my vote, but at the moment I swing between all 3 - depends on itinerary and price in the end. That probably doesn't help much does it!

No that is great - we too don't like to be told when to eat - I think we will stick with NCL then. Thanks so much.

Actually RCI are trying out My Time Dining on 3 of their ships - Freedom, Brilliance and Seranade so that would be the best of both world.
