Theoretically it is possible. Soeme cruise lines or travel agents can offer a cruise and stay package with the flights all included as for the cost, it depends on what cruise line you piack (e.g 3 star or 6 star or somewhere in between) Likewise the standard of the hotel. An alternative is that if the cruise/cruise line that you are interested doesnt allow a cruise and stay option, you can ask for the cruise only then organise your land stay and flights separatelly. I've certainly done that a few times when I wanted to stay a few days in Italy before and after the cruise and the cruise line wouldn't allow me to do this. It can however work out more expensive doing this. The discount I got off the cruise for not using their flights dint cover the completely cover the cost of arranging the flight myself, but I felt it was worth it to be able to do what I wanted.
