A friend sent my husband an E mail to wish him a Happy Birthday whilst we were on a P & O ship and we got charged about £2.00 on our on board account for receiving it, so be wary.

If you send it to his home computer he can access this via the ships computer system but he will have to pay a charge. We use the net to keep in touch just the same as home but more expensive, you could send a text message that may be cheaper ?
