Have you taken the matter up with your travel agent and if you paid by credit card then with them. We did lose a two week cruise in Septemeber 2004 and after about 6 months we got all our monies refunded. The first refunds were the trips we had pre-booked. Some have said the office set-up in the UK has been a problem for a view but if you do follow up on the above I am sure it will be resolved.
