Yes, you are correct and in fact not all Q grade cabins have balconies....onlyQ1, Q2 and QS have them.Be warned, the Q1 and Q2's are at the very top of the ship, in the "portacabins" which were added some time after she was built and move around a lot and are very noisy in bad weather. Unless you are a very good sailor you may prefer to forego the balcony and settle for a Q3 on 1 deck which were the top grade cabns when the ship was first built and are very stable in rough weather.
