I cruised on navigator in june and when booking I used a 35 Voucher they sent me as a loyalty bonus. The voucher was not honoured , I got all sorts of explanations , saying that it was. I gave up writing to them ----and the travel agents. SO MUCH FOR RCCI. I hope you have better luck.

WE went on the Navigator in August and didn't have any real issues but when we received our credit card statement they had overcharged us, the balance they charged was not what was on our final bill delivered to our room on the last morning.( We had opted out of them converting so it wasn't that.) I have e-mailed their customer services dept and also my parents will query the bill this week as they are on the Navigator as we speak. Watch out for your bill, check it carefully.

Found that we had problems with the money taken from my debit card (Friends had no problem) when using credit card, complained to RCC and when all was sorted was sent 400 off my next cruise and told that the problem would be put into their next brochure.
