Neil and Ida Down - Answered a Question by Milsom (29 Nov 07 19:32)

As I understand it Independence is sailing in and out of Southampton and as you look as though you live in Romsey, about 8 miles out of Soton, no flying is involved. So you can take more or less what you like. There is a limit but few people ever reach it. Just remember that normally suitcases are stowed under the beds, although other arrangements are possible, and two beds or one double equals about four suitcases plus carry-ons in the corner. On Independence you may find that taking a Satnav with you could be an advantage.....Regards....Id.
