Hi. We cruised on P & O Oceana and cases are delivered to room but not unpacked. I wouldn't want anyone unpacking my stuff.

If you have a suite with butler service, your butler will unpack for you if you so wish. Personally I prefer to do my own unpacking so I know exactly where everything is(but maybe I am just a control freak!

Once again Cynthia is right...Many of the ships have butlers serving the suites and they will, if you wish, unpack for you. It is offered but not obligatory and you would be consulted before if commenced, you would not return to your suite to find it had been effected...Nei.

Cases are taken to your rooms but not unpacked unless you are in a suite.
