Cunard nowadays take a compulsory tip. If you have not cancelled this you will if you tip again be paying twice for service.

This is a contentious issue, but the bottom line is that you can go to the pursers office and ask them to remove the tip from your on board account. We did this and paid staff indiviually. Tipping is not mandatory but you will find that the service you receive is derserving of a tip.
